1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Prudentvest ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation does not violate any law applicable to you.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, complete information at registration and to keep it current. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.
4. Investment Plans
The Platform offers structured investment plans with documented ROI ranges and durations. Returns are projections — not guarantees. All capital deployed is subject to market and counterparty risk.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are confirmed manually by our operations team after on-chain or banking confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within stated business windows. We reserve the right to delay or refuse a transaction if fraud, sanctions screening, or regulatory review is required.
6. Fees & Commissions
Applicable fees, referral commissions, and bonus terms are disclosed in your dashboard. We may revise fee schedules with prior notice via in-app notification or email.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform to launder funds, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or for any fraudulent or illegal activity. Violations result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prudentvest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Total liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may close your account by contacting support; pending settlements will be finalized before closure.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
