To operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, calculate ROI, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud, meet AML / sanctions obligations, and improve the Platform.

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with role-based access. We use TLS in transit and at-rest encryption. No system is perfectly secure — promptly report suspected breaches to support.
6. Retention
We retain transactional records for the period required by AML and tax law (typically 5–7 years after account closure). Marketing data is deleted on request.
